The Janes Engagement Team or JET is a colleague-led global engagement team created in 2020 to help Janes shape its culture and to make Janes a great place to work.
JET helps Janes to maintain a culture of openness, transparency, and inclusion, providing colleagues with a voice and a way of becoming involved in shaping the Janes people agenda.
The JET mandate is to:
Promote a 'one team' ethos across Janes by bringing ideas, insights, and actionable data to the table that builds collaboration globally, across different business areas and locations.
Shape people-agenda plans and priorities to ensure Janes is an environment of inclusion, innovation, and career development.
Identify, propose, and drive specific initiatives and improvements that help to further embed the Janes values and leadership code.
Act as ambassadors for Janes values and culture, ensuring that as many colleagues and teams as possible are involved in helping the business move forward.
Work with the Janes Leadership Team in driving key initiatives and improvements in wellbeing, DE&I, CSR, and social activities across our key regions.
