Janes is a diverse global team based across 16 different countries. We have many veterans and serving reservists who also bring unique perspectives and insights to our business.

Three of our DE&I focus areas are:

  • Ensuring our hiring and selection processes attract a diverse range of people so that our workforce continues to reflect the markets and geographies in which we work. We are continuously committed to a bias-free hiring process.
  • Providing support to our colleagues to ensure their wellbeing - we are providing more training resources and support and continuously review our workplace policies.
  • Creating a truly inclusive culture - our Janes Engagement Team runs a regular inclusion forum called 'Our Story'

All of this is underpinned by ensuring we review and communicate the progress we make transparently with accurate data. We are proud that our overall engagement score, which is the key output of our annual engagement survey, has increased over the last three years.
