After six years at IHS Markit leading a variety of commercial teams, Blake was appointed Senior Vice President and CEO of Janes in 2014. Since then, his focus has been on transitioning Janes from a history of books and magazine publishing to a business that collects, connects, and conveys assured open-source data and intelligence to governments, national security organisations, and defence manufacturers.
