The Defence Women’s Network exists to encourage discussion and exploration of gender and equality issues. Open to men and women, it aims to break down barriers and end discrimination in the workplace. The theme of this year’s conference is “Leadership & Self-Empowerment” and will examine how female leaders can enhance their skills to become the leader they aspire to be.
