by Marc Selinger

US military parts distributor Triman Industries has increased its size and capabilities by acquiring Brighton Cromwell and Crestwood Technology Group (CTG), according to US private equity firm AE Industrial Partners (AEI), which owns Triman.

The combined company has about 200 employees and more than 120,000 sq ft (11,148 m 2 ) of facility space, allowing it to “support a large and growing group of supply chain partners and military customers with highly customised solutions”, AEI said on 5 January.
