The Finnish Defence Forces Logistics Command has signed a follow-on agreement with Senop for its EVA 40 NVG (night-vision goggle) monocular image intensifiers, LUKE Soldier's Laser Sights, and LUKE Tactical Laser Sights, the company announced on 5 December.

Valued at EUR13 million (USD13.7 million), the systems will be delivered over the 2023–24 period, the company said.

This contract is part of a five-year EUR209 million agreement with the Finnish Defence Forces, signed in 2020, for the supply of image intensifiers, observation and surveillance systems, and laser aiming devices. The Finnish Defence Forces has exercised this agreement on several occasions.

In October 2020, the Finnish Defence Forces exercised this agreement for the supply of the company's NVG M20 night-vision devices, Lilly target acquisition devices, and the M20 Soldier and Tactical laser sights for EUR13 million. In 2021, Finland ordered a further tranche of the company's M20 Soldier and Tactical laser sights, as well as its NVG M40 image intensifiers for EUR16 million. In June 2022, the company received an order for the provision of LUKE Soldier's Laser Sights, LUKE Tactical Laser Sights, and its EVA 40 NVGs for EUR24 million as part of the overarching agreement.
