Singapore Technologies Engineering (ST Engineering) has received approval from the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) in support of its proposed acquisition of US aerospace company MRA Systems (MRAS).
ST Engineering said on 14 April that it has now “obtained all applicable regulatory approvals to consummate the proposed acquisition” of MRAS, which is a subsidiary of General Electric company GE Aviation.
