The Philippines and Croatia have signed an agreement to collaborate across defence activities including equipment and technologies, the Department of National Defense (DND) in Manila has announced.
The memorandum of understanding (MOU) was signed in Croatia by the Philippines Defense Secretary Delfin Lorenzana and Croatia's Defence Minister Damir Krstičević, the DND said on 15 April.
The DND said the agreement provides a framework for co-operation in areas including defence industry and technologies, military equipment, logistics and maintenance, defence and security policy, military education, training and capacity building, and "other areas mutually approved by both parties".
