Indra has introduced a new approach to its business and sales structure, aimed at simplifying the way in which it offers its products to its target markets.
Under a new Transport and Defence business line, air traffic, transport, and defence and security will be incorporated together, which will work alongside the newly-established Minsait brand that integrates all of its IT business divisions.
The company says it is focusing on offering end-to-end solutions under the new structure, aiming to drive the evolution of its products, while it has additionally refreshed its branding.
A new supply structure for each of the Spanish company’s markets will come under the re-organisation, which Indra says will be clearer, and have a simpler and more focused portfolio, as well as its own sales territory.
