ST Engineering injects capital into Brazil's Technicae

Singapore Technologies Engineering (ST Engineering) announced on 24 October that it has injected an amount of BRL9.7 million (USD2.9 million) as working capital into its Brazilian operation Technicae Projetos e Serviços Automotivos.

To date, a total of BRL23.0 million has been injected into the Brazilian firm, through ST Engineering’s subsidiary Mobility Systems Pte Ltd (MSPL).

Technicae, which is based in Brasília Federal District, provides maintenance and modernisation services for armoured vehicles and tactical trucks, among other activities. Including it proposes maintenance, refurbishment, and upgrade packages for EE-9 Cascavel 6×6 armoured reconnaissance vehicle, EE-11 Urutu 6×6 armoured troop carrier, and M113 family of armoured carrier; refurbishment of military trucks; and modification of shelters.
