Ukrainian defence company Skyfall unveiled details of its latest interceptor unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) P1-SUN JetKiller at the Farnborough International Airshow 2026 held from 20-24 July.
The P1-SUN JetKiller has:A maximum speed of 370 km/h,A maximum range of 30 kmA maximum altitude of 9000 mA maximum flight duration of 15 minutesA maximum payload of 500 gSource: Skyfall, July 2026
The latest model of the P1-SUN interceptor UAV family was specifically designed to target turbojet engined Geran-3 and Geran-4 one way attack (OWA) UAVs. “The jet-powered Shaheds or Gerans, as we can see on the radars, they go on average with the top speed of 400 km/h. However, they are not able to sustain this speed all the time because they will run out of jet fuel,” a Skyfall spokesperson told Janes on 23 July. Once the Geran slows down, the interceptor is used to strike it. The increase to the speed of the P1-SUN JetKiller UAV, compared to the baseline P1-SUN, was achieved after modifications were made to the propulsion system.

“The JetKiller was specifically designed to target Geran 3 and 4. If Geran 5 reaches a similar speed, then sure it can hit it as well,” the Skyfall spokesperson said when Janes
