Janes receives HIRE Vets Medallion Gold Award from US Department of Labor for the second consecutive year
The Janes US business has been selected for the second consecutive year as one of the recipients of the 2025 HIRE Vets Gold Medallion Award. The Honoring Investments in Recruiting and Employing American Military Veterans Act (HIRE Vets Act) Medallion Program is the only federal award program that recognizes employers who successfully recruit, hire, and retain veterans.

Janes supports the armed forces community through several people-focused initiatives, including volunteering activities, supporting armed forces-related charities, and ‘Lunch and Learn’ sessions where the wider team can hear from our armed forces colleagues on how they bring together their military experience and apply it to work, and how their service and their life and work at Janes intersect.
Janes joins 888 other companies from 49 states, plus the District of Columbia (DC), who have shown a commitment to hiring veterans, but also ensuring that they have a long-term career and growth plan that uses the diverse skills they acquired through their military service.
