UK defence trade group ADS has confirmed plans to shut its office in India, but has reiterated its view of the country as a priority defence market.
A media spokesperson for ADS told Jane’s in a 27 February email that the trading group, which represents more than 1,000 UK-registered businesses, will soon close its office in Bangalore and its representation in New Delhi. ADS established its Indian operations in 2009.
