IED attack damages house in Belfast in Northern Ireland

AN improvised explosive device (IED) that was planted by unidentified militants partially detonated at a residence in St. Gall's Avenue in Belfast in Northern Ireland on 15 September, the Belfast Telegraph reported. No group immediately claimed responsibility for the attack.
