Finnish company Sako Defence (Hangar 3, Stand CW4), part of the Beretta Defense Technologies alliance, is marketing the latest development of its law enforcement tactical sniper rifle, designed to meet changing operational requirements.

The multifunctional, lightweight, compact and rugged Tikka T3X TAC A1 is based on Sako’s T3 bolt action constructed for the challenging demands of long-range tactical shooting. It is said to be fully modular, fulfilling all operational requirements. The aluminium chassis stock system is compatible with most common type AR fore-ends, pistol grips and rear stocks. It is ambidextrous and offers a foldable rear stock with quick-adjustable cheek piece and adjustable length of pull. The muzzle is threaded for attaching muzzle brakes and/or suppressors.

Compatibility of the chassis stock system with all previous Tikka T3 rifles enables upgrades.
