IED attacks wound five people in India's Bihar

FIVE people were wounded when nine improvised explosive devices (IEDs), emplaced by unidentified militants, detonated inside the Mahabodhi Temple complex in Bodh Gaya in Gaya district in India's Bihar state on 7 July, the Times of India reported. Two other IEDs were defused by security forces. While no claim of responsibility was immediately made, a suspect, identified by police officials as an alleged Indian Mujahideen militant, Anwar Hussain Mallik, was detained in Nadia district in West Bengal state on 7 July.
