France-based manufacturer Elistair has launched its new tethered Air Module for the Parrot Anafi UKR unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV), which is compatible with Elistair's Safe-T and Ligh-T stations, according to the company's 21 October 2026 press release.
The company said the Air Module is fitted to the UAV, enabling the UAV to operate for hours via a tether, supporting persistent intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR).
Elistair lists the module's weight at 325 g and says its internal safety battery allows a controlled landing if ground power is lost.
Elistair's Anafi UKR Air Module page lists a 70 m micro-tether for use with the Safe-T 2 and Ligh-T 4 stations. For the Safe-T 2 configuration connecting the station to the Air Module fitted to the UAV, it also lists a 55 m tether on its website.
Elistair says that the Safe-T 2 can provide up to 2,200 W of continuous power to a UAV. The Safe-T 2 is compatible with UAVs with up to 2,500 W peak power, according to Elistair. The Ligh-T 4 is listed as compatible with multiple UAVs, including the Parrot Anafi UKR, and has a peak power rating of 1,800 W.
As per Janes All the World's Aircraft: Unmanned , the Anafi UKR UAV, depending on the variant, incorporates frequency-hopping military radio (MARS), multi-link connectivity including Wi-Fi, cellular/5G, and Long Range (LoRa) and an anti-spoofing architecture. It is capable of navigation without GNSS (global navigation satellite system) through optical navigation, embedded AI, onboard mapping, and autonomous offline operation in scenarios with disrupted communications.
