CACI buys intel firm Bluestone Analytics

CACI International has paid approximately USD120.3 million to acquire two companies that will enhance its capabilities in open-source intelligence, satellite communications, and “specialised cyber”, according to the US government contractor.
“These are areas of significant growth potential over the next several years,” CACI president and CEO John Mengucci told analysts on 28 October.
