“Compulink’s formidable presence in battlefield and ground-based applications, as well as other defence and commercial applications, complements kSARIA’s strength in aerospace and naval solutions,” said Anthony Christopher, kSARIA’s president and CEO. “Together, we will have expanded production and engineering capabilities, as well as access to new end markets that enable exciting growth opportunities.” Founded in 1984, Compulink is located in St Petersburg, Florida, and has more than 300 employees.

The acquisition, which kSARIA announced late last month, is the company’s second since it received an investment of an undisclosed amount from US private equity firm Behrman Capital in 2018.
