The Precise and Universal Launching System (PULS) multiple rocket launcher (MRL) is entering service with the Israel Defense Forces (IDF), Janes learnt at the Defence iQ's Future Artillery conference held in Munich from 30 May to 1 June. Janes understands that the IDF is test-firing PULS, which is known in Israeli service as the Lahav.

PULS can launch unguided and precision-guided rockets with a range of 12–300 km, according to Elbit Systems.

At Future Artillery 2023, Krauss-Maffei Wegmann (KMW), which is marketing the MRL as the Euro Precise and Universal Launching System (EuroPULS) in Europe as part of its strategic co-operation with the Israeli company, offered as optional effectors Elbit's AccuLAR-122 Global Positioning System (GPS)-guided rockets with a range of up to 35 km, Extra with a range of up to 150 km, and Predator Hawk with a range of up to 300 km; SkyStriker loitering munition; and Lockheed Martin's Extended-Range Guided Multiple Launch Rocket System (ER GMLRS) with a range of up to 70/150 km.

Israel also operates the M270 Multiple Launch Rocket System (MLRS).
