The Australian Department of Defence (DoD) has signed an AUD330 million (USD204 million) eight-year contract with Raytheon Australia for the delivery of Joint Adversarial Training and Testing Services (JATTS).

The DoD announced on 29 February that the JATTS contract consolidates three existing contracts: Jet Air Support, which is provided by Air Affairs Australia; Air Towed Targets/Services, provided by Air Target Services (ATS); and Electronic Warfare Training Services (EWTS), currently supplied by Raytheon.

JATTS supports a range of Australian Defence Force (ADF) platforms, including the F-35A Joint Strike Fighter, the F/A-18F Super Hornet, the EA-18G Growler, the E-7A Wedgetail airborne early warning and control system, and ground-based aircraft control units.
