Recent engine tests conducted by North Korea suggest that it “may be prepared” to test launch an “even more capable” intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) that could enhance Pyongyang’s ability to “threaten” the United States during a crisis or conflict, said US Air Force General Terrence J O’Shaughnessy, commander of US Northern Command (USNORTHCOM) and of North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD), on 13 February.
