Canadian flight simulation provider CAE has agreed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with United Arab Emirates-based aircraft maintenance specialist AMMROC, the company announced on 20 November.
The document, signed during the Dubai Air Show, sets out the two companies' aim of collaboration on training and simulator maintenance, as well as providing opportunities to engage in defence offset activities.
"This MOU represents AMMROC's continued collaboration and investments with leading global entities in aviation and defence such as CAE," Abdul Hakeem Al Muflahi, Chief Executive Officer of AMMROC, said in a statement announcing the partnership.
