The US Air Force (USAF) is increasing the potential production quantities of the Lockheed Martin AGM-158A Joint Air-to-Surface Standoff Missile (JASSM) and the AGM-158C Long-Range Anti-Ship Missile (LRASM) and plans a sole-source contract to the prime contractor for this effort.

The USAF will increase potential JASSM production from 4,900 to roughly 10,000 and LRASM quantities from a possible maximum of 110 to about 400 additional missiles, the service announced on 28 October on Federal Business Opportunities. The potential increased quantities for the JASSM will be procured in production lots 18-24 and the potential additional LRASM quantities will be acquired in Lots 4-8.
