Ukrainian state-owned company Ukroboronprom has dismissed Vadim Shkavra, director of the Kiev Armoured Plant, citing a failure to meet government contracts.
In a press statement on 18 October, Ukroboronprom said that the Kiev facility “is currently in an unstable financial and economic situation and is in danger of not fulfilling contracts with government customers”.
Sinyavskyi Volodymyr, the company’s deputy director of production, has been appointed as acting director.
