DSEI 2019: Rheinmetall further increases lethality of Mission Master UGV

Rheinmetall presented a 70 mm unguided and guided missile rocket launcher module for its Mission Master unmanned ground vehicle (UGV) at the 2019 Defence and Security Equipment International (DSEI) exhibition, being held in London from 10-13 September.

This follows the presentation of the Mission Master-Protection UGV armed with the Warmate loitering munition system at the International Defence Industry Exhibition (MSPO) in Kielce, Poland, which was held from 3-6 September 2019.

Alain Tremblay, Rheinmetall Canada's vice-president for business development and innovation, told Jane's on the first day of DSEI that the United Kingdom was interested in the possibility of the Mission Master being armed with anti-tank missiles like the Javelin and Spike and even the Brimstone precision-guided missile.
