Airbus Helicopters announces plans to restructure executive committee

15 July 2019

Airbus Helicopters will introduce measures to simplify the organisation of the business, including a leaner executive committee and approach to operating structure.

Effective as of 1 September, the company aims to “simplify and strengthen cross-function collaboration” by reorganising the executive vice-president committee that assists the CEO in leading the various divisions within the helicopter business line.

“To achieve this, we have regrouped certain functions into single organisations such as programmes, quality and aviation safety, and operations,” Bruno Even, CEO of Airbus Helicopters, said.

“I am confident that this new team will continue to boost our performance and bring value to our customers.”
