US consultancy firm Accenture is looking to further expand its cyber defence capabilities through the proposed acquisition of Australian firm BCT Solutions.
Accenture said it had entered an agreement to acquire BCT Solutions on 26 June. Terms of the transaction, which is subject to closing conditions, have not been disclosed.
BCT Solutions has offices in Canberra and Brisbane and describes itself as a consultancy firm specialising in cyber defence, electronic warfare, technology, and intelligence. It operates in domains including defence, security, and public safety.
