Sikorsky and Rafael are offering armament upgrades to utility helicopters fielded by Latin American air arms at the 2019 LAAD Defence and Security exposition.

Sikorsky is offering a new integrated armed attack mission weapons kit for its S-70 Black Hawk that is the same upgrade recently procured by the United Arab Emirates (UAE), according to Joe Palumbo, Sikorsky international military programmes director. Weapons are carried by two external wings supporting four weapons stations, which can support any combination of fixed forward 50-calibre (12.7 mm) gun, 7- or 19-shot Hydra 70 rocket pods, or Lockheed Martin AGM-114 Hellfire air-to-ground missiles.
