The Saudi-led coalition has denied a media report that it has transferred US-made military equipment to Yemeni allies without authorisation.
CNN reported on 4 February that Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) had provided Yemeni forces with weapons and military equipment that includes armoured vehicles in violation of end-user agreements with the United States.
Both the Saudi and Emirati official press agencies reported that Colonel Turki al-Maliki, the spokesman for the Joint Forces Command, had "strongly denied the claims".
The statement said the armoured vehicles filmed by CNN were among 210 that have been damaged in Yemen and are being evacuated from that country.
