General Dynamics (GD) and Intelligent RF Solutions (iRF) have teamed to offer the latter’s SignalEye software solution for improved radio frequency (RF) spectrum situational awareness.
SignalEye uses machine learning technology to automate the classification of spectrum signals to provide tactical warfighters, security personnel, RF system developers, and spectrum managers with a view of threats across the RF spectrum and to detect trends in an adversary’s behavior, GD Mission Systems (GDMS) said in a statement.
The partnership should enable iRF’s customers to build mission-focused applications for electronic warfare and security and surveillance contexts, Bill Patterson, vice-president and general manager of the ground systems business within GDMS, said.
