Prosecutors reportedly charge five suspected EPP militants in Paraguay

MEDIA reports on 28 November, citing local authorities, stated that five alleged Ejercito del Pueblo Paraguayo (EPP) militants - identified as Esteban Marin Lopez, Luciano Arguello, Benicio Arguello, Ruben Dario Lopez and Samuel Silva - had been charged by prosecutors on an earlier unspecified date for alleged involvement in a small-arms attack that killed a businessman, Brazilian national Vladir de Campos, in El Ciervo in Santa Rosa del Aguaray district in Paraguay's San Pedro department on 19 November, ABC Colour reported. The suspects were charged with intentional homicide, terrorist association, kidnapping and coercion.
