Australia approves USD800 million defence fuel programme

20 September 2018

The Australian government has approved an AUD1.1 billion (USD800 million) ‘Defence Fuel Transformation Programme’ aimed at delivering “a safer, simpler and a more assured defence fuel network in partnership with industry” over the coming 30 years, Minister for Defence Christopher Pyne announced in a 14 September statement.
