Irish technology firm Aptiv announced on 10 July that it had entered into an agreement to acquire US-based Winchester Interconnect from US private equity firm Snow Phipps Group.
Aptiv will pay USD650 million for the company, with the deal expected to close by the end of 2018.
Winchester Interconnect provides connectors and cables for use in a range of commercial and military applications.
