Czech CLV flight training centre receives first two Enstrom 480B-Gs

(Alan Warnes)LOM Praha’s Pardubice-based Centrm leteckeho vycvivku (CLV) flight training centre took delivery of two Enstrom 480B-Gs on 21 June.

Established in 2004, the CLV is tasked with training Czech air force pilots destined to fly helicopters, multi-engine aircraft, and fast jets.

The pair of Enstroms, to be joined by a further two in early July, will replace the CLV’s fleet of 50-year-old Mi-2s, used for initial entry rotary-wing training.
