Bulgaria proposes joint UAV production with Israel

Bulgarian Prime Minister Boyko Borisov has proposed joint production of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) before a meeting which discussed the proposal with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in Jerusalem on 12 June.

Under the upcoming tender for a new jet fighter for the Bulgarian Air Force, Bulgaria will seek an opportunity to produce spare parts for the new fighters as well as the technology transfer required for UAV production.
