Myanmar Air Force pilot dies in aircraft crash in Bago Region

A Myanmar Air Force pilot died on 3 April when his F-7M Airguard fighter aircraft crashed near the village of Kyunkone in Myanmar’s southcentral Bago Region during a training mission, according to media reports.

The incident, which took place at about 11:00 h local time, was due to a technical failure, Myanmar's Commander-in-Chief of Defence Services (CinCDS) was quoted as saying.
