The US Air Force (USAF) is moving phase 2 of its Light Attack Experiment (LAE) back to Holloman Air Force Base (AFB), New Mexico, which is the location of the experiment’s first phase.

USAF spokesperson Major Emily Grabowski said on 1 March that by executing phase 2 at Holloman AFB, the service can take full advantage of the experimentation support construct and logistical capacity that has already been established.
