The open intelligence source non-governmental organisation (NGO) InformNapalm has published a report on over 40 types of Russian weaponry and specialist equipment that have been identified in the Donbas region of Ukraine as well as evidence of Russian cyber attacks that have targeted Ukrainian infrastructure and military databases.
The report shows certain pieces of Russian equipment, for example a T-72B3, which are relatively simple for the Ukrainian separatists to operate, and explains that this alone does not provide proof of Russian involvement beyond materiel support. Instead, the report points to the presence of specialist troops as evidence of Russian involvement in the war.
