AT LEAST five people were killed and 12 others were wounded when a vehicle-borne improvised explosive device (VBIED) detonated outside the Ministry of Finance in the Khor Maksar area of the city of Aden in Yemen's Aden governorate on 29 November, Reuters reported. The building was severely damaged and several surrounding buildings were also damaged in the attack. The Islamic State claimed responsibility for the attack.
