Benelux air policing goes Dutch

Two Royal Netherlands Air Force (RNLAF) F-16s, supported by the air operations control station (AOCS) in Nieuw Milligen, the Netherlands, began policing the airspace over Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg (Benelux) on 30 October.

Based in Volkel, the RNLAF fighters will be on 15-minute quick reaction alert (QRA) through 7 December. They took over the mission from two Belgian Air Force F-16s supported by the Control and Reporting Centre (CRC) in Glons, Belgium.
