Iran unveils mobile coastal radar

The Afagh was displayed mounted on a truck during a visit by Brigadier General Amir Hatami, the new defence minister.

Iranian media reported Brig Gen Hatami as saying that the Afagh can track 100 ships simultaneously up to a range of 200 km.

Iranian television showed its antenna folding forwards into the same container-type shelter that houses its control station.
