Australia calls for submissions to defense industry catalogue

26 October 2017

Australia’s Ministry of Defence has called on the country’s military industries to apply for inclusion in the 2018 edition of the Australian Military Sales Equipment Catalogue; a brochure intended to drive international sales of Australian materiel and services.

The first edition of the catalogue was published in February. Minister for Defence Industry Christopher Pyne MP described it as “a resounding success” that “helped drive export opportunities for Australian defence industry”.

Catalogue submissions are open to 30 November with applications for inclusion sought from Australian companies on the basis of technology or services that is Australian in origin; which are export ready; and which promote science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.
