The UK Ministry of Defence (MoD) has revealed details of contracts valued at almost GBP800 million (USD1 billion) awarded under a new arrangement for Royal Navy (RN) surface ship support.
Worth about GBP1 billion in total, the new Common Support Model (CSM) is designed to bring together separate support agreements for individual ship types under a single overarching framework.
