Designed by German company Trixy Aviation (Hall 5, Stand J378) TrixyEye is a specially designed gyrocopter based on the successful Model G 4-2 for use in several fields, such as aerial photography, police air support, traffic observation, border control, search and rescue, surveillance, tactical air support, as a radar system carrier, and more.
The compact, lightweight construction requires minimum hangar space and allows for easy transportation on trailers or enclosed mobile hangars.
The certified camera fixture permits the use of almost any camera or sensor. The Nesis III glass cockpit is designed to display the camera view along with flight, navigation and engine data, while an integrated visual and audible warning system reduces the workload for the pilot.
TrixyEye’s glass canopy is removable and its cabin is heated, enabling the gyrocopter to be operated in different climates. An auxiliary fuel tank or drop-off box is available as an option. The drop-off box can be equipped with a parachute to safely drop rescue equipment and goods.
