Serbia will receive a first batch of Kornet anti-tank guided missiles (ATGMs), Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić said during a visit to the Ušće 2021 display of military equipment in Belgrade, marking Serbian National Unity Day on 15 September. The missiles have a range of 8 km and will arm light vehicles that equip special forces and infantry units.

Nenad Miloradović, Assistant Minister for Material Resources in the Ministry of Defence (MoD), told Vučić that Thales 70 mm laser-guided air-to-ground rockets, with a range of 6 km, were being procured for Serbian Air Force and Air Defence (RV i PVO) H145M helicopters. He added that negotiations were underway with France for more H145M helicopters and Mistral 3 short-range air defence missile systems for integration into Serbia's indigenously developed PASARS self-propelled anti-aircraft guns (SPAAGs).

Vučić revealed that Serbia had ordered more Pantsyr S1M air defence systems and plans to procure Chinese-made CH-95 medium-altitude, long-endurance (MALE) unmanned aerial vehicles.
