The Finnish Defence Forces (FDF) have ordered 20 ft containerised communication stations from Conlog Group.

According to Conlog Group, on 12 December, the company will design, implement, manage, and maintain the containerised communication stations for the FDF.

Juha Moisio, CEO of Conlog Group, informed Janes that the company is supplying its ‘Signal Station A', intended for command-and-control purposes. He was unable to provide further details on the system, number of units being delivered, and delivery timeframes.

The “self-contained stations will allow Finland to maintain communications in challenging environments”, the company said. The solution will be tailored to meet the specific requirements of the FDF, the company added.

If all options are exercised, the contract will total EUR39.1 million (USD41.6 million).

Conlog Group is a Finnish-based company that develops modular containers and vehicles intended for intelligence, surveillance, and command purposes. Their main products include mobile deployable solutions that require detailed engineering.
