Ultimate eyewear

From Canada, Revision Military Eyewear is drawing attention to a ballistic protective goggle that is gaining in popularity when used in Iraq and Afghanistan. Originally developed in response to a request from the Canadian military, one of the examples shown on Stand Q185b has been tailored to its needs by perfectly matching a specific helmet.
Although it is therefore not applicable to other forces, it is significant that no less than 15,000 have been delivered to the Canadian Forces and a further 15,000 have been ordered. But as a portent of a development to come, a prototype generic ballistic protective goggle is also displayed, differing in design by including lower face protection.
This will be offered on world markets. An important distinguishing feature of these goggles is that they are injection moulded and therefore do not have the disadvantage of distortion common to other types. They provide optimal facial fit, high-impact protection and a wide field of view, plus helmet and night-vision gear compatibility. Visitors to the stand may be surprised at the wide range of sunglasses and goggles produced by Revision.
