Canadian ICT specialist SMART Technologies (Stand J220n) has announced three new collaboration platforms for organisations in which training and real-time information sharing are key operational imperatives.
SMART Meeting Pro, SMART Hub SE and SMART Hub PE enable different kinds of collaboration, depending on need. Each combines seamlessly with one or more SMART Board interactive whiteboards and displays to create connected training and meeting rooms. These systems provide a robust level of interactivity that enable all participants, regardless of location, to take part in training sessions, meetings or discussions as if they were in the same room.
SMART Meeting Pro software connects multiple displays and laptops in the same room or around the world, enabling the sharing of ideas and information, which can then be saved to a network drive, desktop or USB key.
SMART Hub SE provides basic whiteboarding and data conferencing without a PC, while SMART Hub PE features advanced whiteboarding, integrated data conferencing and wireless laptop connection, also with a PC. Meeting Pro and Hub SE are available now, while Hub PE will be ready for shipping next month.
