The registration form is resident on our secure server . All financial details of this transaction will be encrypted including your credit card details. The data will not be decrypted until it reaches our offices in the United Kingdom or United States of America.

Cancellation, Postponement and Substitution Policy
If you are registered for the conference but are unable to attend, you can send a colleague in your place by contacting the Jane's Events Department with their details.
If you have to cancel, we will refund your payment less an administration charge outlined below:

Cancellations can only be accepted in writing, by post, fax or e-mail.
A 10% administration fee will be payable if you cancel up to one month before the event. Cancellation between one month and one day before the event will incur a 50% handling fee and there will be no refunds after close of business on the day before the event.
